Dual-Axis Solar Sunflower & Wind Turbine | Case Study in Jiangsu, China

2025-04-24

Project Timeline: November 2024
Project Location: Huai'an, Jiangsu, China
Project Scale : Solar Sunflower(1), Small Wind Turbines(2)
Project Vision: To build diversified clean energy application scenarios and promote urban green and low-carbon development

In November 2024, the Huai'an Low-Carbon Solar Demonstration Project in Jiangsu was successfully completed.

This pioneering project features two core facilities: the Solar Sunflower and small  wind turbines, forming a compact hybrid wind-solar clean energy system.

The Solar Sunflower actively tracks the sun to maximize light-energy conversion efficiency, while the small wind turbines effectively capture wind resources for all-weather power generation.
By combining both technologies, the system significantly enhances the stability and efficiency of energy supply.

The completion of this project demonstrates how clean energy can be integrated more deeply and accessibly into the urban landscape and daily life. It serves not only as a showcase of technical solutions but also as a forward-looking ecological statement advocating a return to low-carbon practices through tangible action and making a green, sustainable future both visible and attainable.
