In 2023, we were pleased to deepen our strategic collaboration with China Huaneng, building on our successful history of partnerships on projects like solar carports, solar sunflowers, and solar benches.
This new project was situated at a building adjacent to the former Youth Olympic Games (YOG) venue.
The occasion was the upcoming 10-year anniversary of the 2014 Nanjing Games, and the city's vision was clear: to create a lasting symbol for youth that highlighted the importance of preserving our planet.
They wanted an artistic renewable energy solution that would capture public attention and inspire conversation
The answer was the installation of a 1.2kW automatic solar panel tracking system our signature Solar Sunflower.
This installation serves as a powerful symbol of the transition toward progressive technology and away from fossil fuels, embodying the mission of saving the world for the next generation through education and innovation.
Following transport, our team completed the on-site installation in just three days, thanks to excellent pre-prepared groundwork, ensuring the piece was ready to inspire visitors.
